Precision Tune Auto Care

Both of the front office employees were great and answered all my questions. Competitive pricing with coupons, reporting to CarFax, honest feedback on your car, and good turnaround time. Make an appointment for your oil change to save time. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a customer of Precision Tune for over 10 years. I’ve aways appreciated the service and communication about service when picking up my vehicles. I’ve been coming to this location for the past 3 years because it’s close to my job. In my all the years I’ve been a customer, Tuesday June 16, 2026 was the first time I have ever had my receipt thrown down to sign, and the first time I’ve ever been told “we’re done” after receiving my copy to keep. That type of energy takes away from the service the mechanics do day in and day out in the service bay. I understand that we all have bad days, but to be face representing the establishment that the customers engage with and display that type of unprofessionalism is totally unacceptable. I won’t let this experience ruin my relationship with the franchise, but unfortunately I can’t see myself returning to this location for services. I deal with the public daily myself as a bus driver in RTP area. I’ve never had the luxury to be rude to passengers. It’s not how I was trained by the company, nor is it in me to even go to work if I’m not in a good mental space.

The team at Precision Tune Auto Care was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to repair our vehicle and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be fixed and why. Having recently moved to the area, we were hoping to find a trustworthy auto repair shop, and we're so glad we found one. We feel confident that this will be our go-to place for all of our vehicle maintenance and repair needs. We will absolutely be returning in the future and recommending them to friends and family. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

Amazing group of Mechanics and Management Team. Don and Francisco are the best. I have been coming here for years. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicles. Fair and consistent pricing with honest communication. They will shoot you straight and only recommend what is needed. I am happy everytime I leave here. Truly good people here.
